English Federation of Disability Sport

We invite people to register their support for our Count Me In campaign which seeks to: raise the profile of disability sport; create and extend access to sport and physical activity for disabled children, young people and adults; encourage all organisations involved in the provision of sport, to demonstrate a commitment to giving disabled people the same opportunities as non-disabled people. We need over 10,000 people Counted In by March 2007.

Ambassador 2018 World Cup Bid, Richard Caborn was the first person to register, with Colin Chaytors, EFDS Chief Executive second.

Great Britain's finest ever sprint hurdler, Colin Jackson was the 987th and Bernard Atha, EFDS President was the 988th.

Double Olympic Gold Medallist Dame Kelly Holmes was the 560th and April Barratt, EFDS Trustee was the 561st

Footballing legend, Sir Trevor Brooking was the 408th

Olympic Gold Medalist Tessa Sanderson was the 148th

Paralympic Wheelchair Basketball player, Ade Adepitan was the 502nd.
